If you want your art to be better
Take a look at another art that you want to improve
Examine it
Practice it for a few weeks/months
And try to put all that in your artstyle

as a guy whos only skill in art is the fact that my pr in anatomically correct penis drawing is 18 seconds (not recorded), i feel like my advice is redundant, but a good way i think to start is to try other artstyles you dont do, again, im not an expert so i may be incredibley wrong

Practice and try new things :3

there is 2 routes: one easier but slooower, one faster but hard.
The easy is: you keep drawing on your pace, when you feel like, draw what you feel like, the way you want, when you want, eventually you will be learning something, it can take months or even years to get any improvement.
Or you can try the hard/faster route: study and practice the drawing fundamentals like anatomy, proportion, shadowing, perspective, there is many videos on youtube like "anatomy practice exercises" some are like "learn on a week" to get some views, and others are a little bit more realistic like "practice, practice, practice", it demands will power, time, patience and discipline
You can also try to do a bit of the hard stuff while taking the easier route

Tbh, this was really helpful
(Dunno how I missed this)

there are some tricks like: reproduce other artists drawings (you will learn how they did draw some of their things), many things on drawing is just a matter of finding the right image/other drawings references. But overall it's time and practice, an example i'm showing often is how my artstyle looked like back when i was 15 years old: https://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/themiamispellcaster/the-first-ever-animation-frame-i-did-2015
since then 8 years of practice have been passed and i have improved a lot
